We were visiting a church close buy from which I could hear shooting which was definitely from clays. From there we went to the Chequers Inn at Well passing by the copse where the Long Sutton Gun club originated in the late 70's. There were 3 or 4 cars parked down the track indicating a shoot in prog. So I must assume a shoot is still held there. Anyone know about it. The pub knew nowt about who ran it or when.
