If you have a river with different land owners on either side and each own river bed to the median line, what are the norms/protocols/accepted practices of a fisherman on bank A casting into pools or the over by bank B? Or fo that matter the main flow where it is significantly close to bank B. OK or not?

I think sea trout only at the moment if I read my EA Southeastern Bylaws correctly but I'm happy to be corrected on that.

I can ask the Agent at the neighbouring land about their take on wading, but as I'm finding anglers on my side (both in the water and on the bank) now I'm getting a bit p'ed off. One bank is let to 2 clubs.
