There was a limited edition run of 100 in 2005 and the R10mk1 came along in 2008. They're thin on the ground in FAC - especially if you're limiting yourself to a mk3. Secret Agent Mole will know the precise dates; I seem to remember he has a VERY late mk3? As far as I'm aware, there is very little difference between the mk2 and the mk3 that isn't cosmetic. The stock is different and the lettering on the side has changed too, but the internals are all very similar, especially for the FAC. one option might be just to get an FAC S10, then see if you can pick up the Mk3 stock separately. As stated I'm looking for a Superten in FAC as I do not want to pay Theoben prices. Had a new Rapid for a few years, but sold it last year as it was not getting used, due to a new permission I would like to get another.
