DannyS
There has been a few post recently about smoking and what not and today I saw this in Aldi. Not bad for the price, I thought anyway. Appologise if it's already been mentioned on another thread. https://www.aldi.co.uk/p/69834/0 ATB
Lloyd90
Had my eye on what looks like the exact ones on EBay although they're between £70-99 so this looks a steal! Sold out online but says they're available in store, will have to try and find one left in Bristol!

DrBlox
It looks exactly like the Landeman "thing" I got from Tescodirect.com (with vouchers it was about the same price) three years ago. It's a very good introduction to smoking and when my one crumbles away it'll be replaced with something more substantial/professional (from http://www.bbqland.co.uk/bbq-smokers/).Some pointers that I've learnt: 1) youtube is your friend. 2) the best way to learn is to experiment and to, ahem, "fark it up" - you'll know what to not do next time. 3) keep an eye out on supermarket butchers reduced sections for lumps of meat to "experiment on". 4) avoid using pine wood (from garage log bags). 5) The most important stage is the brining - use a flavoured one.
