davids3511
I had to send my franchi alcione one back because it wouldn't fire bottom barrell. Got it back yesterday and had a look in the shop. It looked ok with no obvious problems, but it was just a quick look. However, I took it apart to oil the barrells today and noticed the blacking's been damaged. It wasn't there before, I clean the gun every time I shoot it and would certainly have noticed. I can't imagine the shop would be too interested. Do I just forget about it? Edited May 22, 2016 by davids3511
wisdom
It's worth pointing it out to them . They may say it wasn't there when you looked at it in the shop . But you weren't looking for damage.Contact them first thing in the morning.
davids3511
Spoke to the dealer today who in turn spoke to GMK. No help there, 'it couldnt have happened with us sir'. Can I do anything with it myself to protect the steel?
