yickdaz Posted June 25, 2016 Report Share Posted June 25, 2016 wasn,t going to bother putting this post on but shot so few this year any bag is a good one, not been out for 9 weeks hasn't been worth it but after seeing birds on the wires and dropping in on standing barley on my travels I thought I would look at some today, I found birds straight away heading into a field of standing barley no laid patches at all on it wasn;t a great line but a trickle of birds I don,t really like shooting over standing crops, so luckily there was a grass field just over the ditch from the barley so set up on that upwind very slow session shooting 23 woodies and a crow in 3hrs picked 20 and the crow, not a huge bag but a very enjoyable one Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
