evo
whatever the rifle shoots best with and gives the tightest groups,, up to 30ftlb then the jsb exacts 15.89g work very well, but barracudas take some beating
psycho
Air arms field 15.9 grain up to 920 fps 30lb BSA magnums at 920fps 40lb Anything faster than 920 is a waste of air However at 65 foot pound I find the magnums to be still accurate

The skirt seems to flare on firing giving a better seal? can you explain what you mean please does this mean your barrel expands also and I take it some of your pellets get stuck in the choked section of your barrel really looking forward to your reply many thanks Evo

old man
can you explain what you mean please does this mean your barrel expands also and I take it some of your pellets get stuck in the choked section of your barrel really looking forward to your reply many thanks Evo I mean the pellet skirts seem designed to expand into the bore on being propelled by the air creating a firmer seal. Look into one on line? The difference over the chrono on mine is Air Arms Diablo,,,,, 24ftlb, Sniper magnums......30ftlb. No real difference in accuracy at 50 yds.
