yickdaz Posted September 24, 2016 Report Share Posted September 24, 2016 (edited) 3 of us out today my dad and a friend of ours shot on a wheat stubble, I was on a bean stubble on another farm we had similar sessions they said it didn't really pick up till around 3pm and it was exactly the same for me I was watching for 2 hrs and it was barely a trickle of birds to the bean stubble slightly better line going to a barley stubble a few fields over so I decided to set up on that after 30mins and 1 bird down it looked like it wasn't going to happen so packed up and went back to the bean stubble a bit more activity this time so set up again by 3pm the birds dried up by 5pm but finished on a decent bag of 50 picked 45 the others had 75 between them 120 combined bag Edited September 24, 2016 by yickdaz Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
