storm in a teacup Posted October 22, 2016 Report Share Posted October 22, 2016 Does anyone have any experience of how long Winchester take to deliver a barrel to an RFD? I ordered one 6 weeks ago and was told it would be a couple of week by Winchester spares department. Two weeks later I was told it would be a couple more weeks. Two weeks later same again! I'm just getting frustrated with them as it's the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When I go in the shop my rfd rings and rings before anyone answers and they can never give him a clear answer. I could tell it was going to be painful when I ordered it as my rfd asked for a 1/4 choke to go with it but was told they don't have time to pick me a specific choke and I will get what I'm given (I was listening to this on the speaker phone).
