old'un
Love Chinese food and have dabbled a bit but I could never get the curry to taste the same as the stuff from the takeaway, until now! This guy is really good and gives all the secrets that the takeaways use, followed his method and made some curry paste, it was spot on, in fact the wife and friends said it tastes better than the takeaways curry.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=el9JWSB8G2M And more recipes from the same guy............https://www.youtube.com/user/vongs510/videos

old'un
Yep, Chinese curry is one of my favourite takeaways and I can tell if they make their own or use that rubbish, believe me once you have tried this will be making your own curry for years, you can freeze the paste once you have made a batch, or give some to your mates.
