GingerCat Posted December 20, 2016 Report Share Posted December 20, 2016 I had a 1.5 diesel. I had a crash at 60mph. Head on into the side of an a6 that pulled out on front of me. They are very safe. I'm sure that in any other car I would be dead. That aside the 1.5 was a touch underpowered and you don't want the cam belt so make sure it's Chain driven. Not so sure of the ground clearance either.
