You can enter any CPSA registered shoot.

There is a disabled Shooters association, they recently held a Coaches course at Sporting Target at Risely to show Coaches how to work with Wheelchair Shooters and many other disabled shooters.

If you contact Sporting Targets Risely I am sure they will give you the contacts.

I will try and find them and post them on this thread as soon as I can.

Although quite a run from York Orston shooting Ground ( google it it's in Nottinghamshire is about the best disabled access ground in the country ,it has disabled toilet ,acsessable club house and shop all stands on level ground . Look for the disabled shooters group on Facebook they have there first shoot there in March which is an all round .

All the registered and open shoots are accessible to wheelchair users it is quite a long course some wheelchair users use a clip on electric bike to get around others like me use an electric scooter it's open for practice Wednesday to Saturday and comp on Sundays they have sporting ,Skeet,DTL ,Ball trap UT,sport trap , F.I.T.A.S.C, game arena and grouse butt

Any problem send me a pm and I will phone you for more info

I have a friend who shoots competitions from a wheelchair, unfortunately banned from this site but you can send me a PM if you want me to put you in touch where he can tell you all about his experiences at various competitions.

Some competitions allow for wheelchair shooters but don't always take wheelchair restrictions into consideration which actually can put you at a disadvantage. I appreciate this can be a debate in itself and I'm not suggesting wheelchair shooters should be given an advantage, but some rules in my opinion lack some basic common sense.

Good luck in your quest
