paulos
Following on from - Who's the Daddy....? Who is up for it? Format is: 100 All Round, this consists of 25 Skeet, 25 Sporting, 25 ABT and 25 DTL. For those on here that are CPSA members, it is a registered shoot so scores are recorded and you can shoot for cash. For those that aren't there is open practice available so you will be able to shoot all disciplines just the same (although you can't win cash). Put your name down here if you are going, as we'll probably need to notify the ground if there are going to be a few going  So Far: Paulos Wookie Peter De La Mare Outlaw Calam Fuzrat Mrs Fuzrat Zapp Branigan Wabbitbosher Annihilator Viking Evil Elvis Diggers RC45 (To carry my Irn Bru) Edited February 21, 2009 by paulos

wabbitbosher
What about BASC members ? Isnt that BASC'ist ?? WB
paulos
It is Sywell Competition will probably be about £30ish I would have thought? About £24-26ish for birds only? BASC members are more than welcome, but it wouldn't make a great deal of difference as you would still not be allowed to shoot for cash - as it is a CPSA registered shoot. So now that MC has bottled it, there appears to be a noticeable lack of Essex shooters...come on!...Not chicken are ya?
Catamong
Paulos, Don't forget, this is a "proper" shoot, with regulation targets, that will strike fear into the boys from Basildon, no silly straw bale floppers..!! Cat.
MC
I am not "Bottling it" as you put it, I just cannot make that day. I will be happy to shoot against any of you at any other time or venue. I am quite sure that there is nothing about any of you that should make me bottle it. Edit, Mental note to self - I really must get around to shooting some "REGULATION" targets some time soon  Edited January 18, 2009 by MC
Toombsy
Damn shame. Got my daughters that week, otherwise I'd be there to make a complete **** of myself
Chard
Mental note to self - I really must get around to shooting some "REGULATION" targets some time soon I think that just means they're easier, MC. They've all been measured, so that they all fly the same predictable line, plus or minus 1mm

MC
Chard, I wouldn't be so sure. Tricky things tarps, you need a heavy load cartridge and it MUST be a blue one. No others will work.

No others will work. I've got a couple of high brass ones with 36g loads or brid shot, if they'll do. I would have thought brid shot was OK for tarp shooting I got on OK with them on the steek range Edited January 19, 2009 by Chard
