I have removed another post from this topic, and having considered it for a while I think it's time to close it now. A lot has been talked about (some areas many times) but things have become personal at times and this is not OK.
I appreciate there are some strong feelings, and in general we try and let topics flow. But having run for 12 pages, I don't think progress is now being made and I just don't feel another 12 pages would help.
I would point out that this isn't a BASC forum and whilst representatives do post on here, I'm not sure this is the right avenue to instigate change, although clearly the comments are read, and hopefully they will be considered.

Just wanted to nip in quickly and say thanks so much for this topic. Really kind and generous of you. I am giving things some thought.
At the moment my priority is to get the new server finalised and set up, before the move! I'm waiting to hear back on some costings. Really sorry about all the problems, feel like I'm letting the community down. So it is much appreciated to read this. Thank you!!

It's really kind and appreciated. As are the posts here, it's really frustrating for me when it breaks and I feel like I'm letting people down. Thanks for the understanding and patience!! I think I will know more when I have the alternative server up and running. I think I have a pathway, but am waiting on some quotes.

Thanks guys, yes the server is really sick. There are some complications with moving it over to a new one. So I am hoping it's patched up for now. But I did think that yesterday.... Sorry for inconvenience, will get over it!! But need a bit of time to focus on it and get the new server setup and data transferred.
Not come at a great time (these things never do!) sorry for delays with getting back online and apologies in advance if another outage before the move.

I've just merged our topics as you posted quite soon after the site came back, yes have been offline- no your computer is fine!! Unfortunately the server had/has some rather serious issues, patched up for now but a new one beckons soon, really sorry about this.

They are our rare breed barbados blackbellies. I am selling whole boxes which will weigh minimum 12kg fully butchered and vacuum packed. They are £145 including 24hr delivery to England&Wales, or £130 if I can deliver myself more locally (West Wiltshire/Bath area).
Cut spec is:
Whole legs bone in x2
Whole shoulders bone in x2
Mince (from the breast likely 1.5kg)
Loin chops
Rack french trimmed x2.
Because this batch are a bit smaller to make up weight will include some extra cuts as appropriate. Sold a lot through PW over recent years, and have a few to shift this time. The meat is delivered chilled in insulated packaging having not been frozen.

Saw the same Sunday morning albeit considerably smaller numbers maybe about 5-7000. What you saw sounded truly epic. Two flightlines here constant stream for about half an hour, 7.15-7.45. They fly over the channel to Spain/ Portugal. No one seems to know origins probably Scandinavian pigeons, as our British woodies don't tend to go far. In my experience they do sometimes hang around enroute, but not for more than a few days, so don't get hopes up about building a bag, but right now should be peak migration.

But just because it's come up twice now, I did look back as couldn't remember what the warning was given for, and it was definitely correct. I like the walker570 and he's bought several lamb boxes from me and we've exchanged many PMs. As above, he's welcome back, but thats a decision only he can make.

Only ever to Northern Ireland with P&O and Stena, but very easy and relaxed used to need certificate of approval from PSNI and then your english/scottish/welsh licence (I think that the certificate of approval is done away with now). I'd like to think it's the same to Europe, provided you have the extra paperwork you need on the other end (European Licence?) to show should be very straightforward. My Dad's been to Netherlands, but few years ago, and always flying, Schipol used to send guns out on the conveyor belt, wouldn't be the only airport to do this either!

We don't comment on these items. But there is some misinformation here so after sometime I'm posting to clarify in broad terms. There was no ban. A warning was issued for a rule breach as is standard.
I think a user has to 'accept' the warning when they come back on the site. Having not been warned myself I am unfamiliar with it. But I think it's as straightforward as clicking a button.
@ditchmanmay know more about the warning tickbox. But it'd be a shame if the member is misunderstanding things and self imposing exile inadvertently.
