Will be buying a new air rifle soon for use with vermin control. In the past I have always had 22 rifles apart from my field target. The point of my question is. What difference is there in 177 and 22 for hunting. My thinking was that the 22 having more weight therefore more stopping power. Why did you guys choose what you did?

Hi guys as the header says im looking for some ferreting experience in the South Wales area. I have no previous experience so looking for any advice from more experienced forum members. Any advice/help would be most welcome. Have my own transport and willing to travel up to half an hour from Cardiff.

Hi all I thought it was about time I Made a post Have been a member of this forum since 2007. Have been shooting air rifles for many years but both Hunting And field target.Following a break have deceided to return (with the better half's blessing) So just wanted to say hi and that I have enjoyed reading and leaning lots of new things over the years via the forum.
