  2. i can see where your coming from Jess... the missus is proberly less intelligent than me.. in almost everyway... but she can cook, so i'm not worried about the future it all depends on what you mean by Intelligence Jess... i being read alot about War's and people involved in War's would know alot more about the subject of 'War' than you proberly would.. and then if you were on about Parrot's i wouldnt have a clue.. or do you mean general intelligance? 9. most of us on here are well aware of this.. when hunting 'most' of the time they catch the old mangy ones that need killing... but when shooting.. you just shoot any you see.. healthy and un-healthy.. the governmant doesn't realise that the amount of fox's killed will proberly go to about twice of what it is if Hunting continues... i dont think many people know what is going to happen.. bit like farming really.. know-one knows whats around the corner for us Aled
  10. today after begging dad since last years back aches.. he bought one of these... http://www.logic.gb.com/agriculture/produc.../lmf1_agri.html ours is the 320kg version and a Hay-Rack ontop... neither of us have seen one but we've read about them on the Logic website.. it should be coming within the next few weeks.. but does anyone know what they are like or anything? i know it comes with a box so you can control how much feed is released in each field etc.. and theres alot of electrics from what Daltons(our ATV Dealer) told dad. just wanted to know, has anyone had any experiance with them?? cant wait, as it saves carting 200kg of sheep feed to troughs everyday for a month Aled
  11. hes got a point Millo.. i've had a Peregrine Falcon come down and take a feral pigeon just after i'd shot it.. as it was running across the field.. Aled

  18. :o i made my own 'snail' crusher when i was 5 ^o) consisted of a old house drain (open or closed roof), a water hose, a 20foot drop out of shed window and as many snails as i could find.. how to do it.. get the old house drain put it out of window at almost flat, then put snails on the end in the shed, then put the hose on and let the snails fall off the end and smash i know it was harsh.. but at 5 you dont think about it if i shot alot of pigeons.. i would proberly have to invest in this Pigeon squasher thing.. Aled

  23. i have the same knife as Dungadave for skinning.. rabbits and lambs.. @Hubertus, the Khukuri knife is the most feared knife in modern combat, if a Gurkha has a Khukuri on him or a m16, i would bet he would try and use the Khukuri first.. how did Britain win the Falklands war so easily??? the Gurkhas were in a week before the army to disable most of the snipers. Aled
