Also check the small print in your house insurance, I knew someone in a previous job where their 'role' disappeared when we merged and he sued for redundancy only because he found out that his legal fees would be covered within his policy. Not saying it works for every policy or circumstance but might be worth checking out.

I was listening to that recording this morning on the train. Wanted to make sure that I hadn't missed/forgotton anything important........ All I could hear though was someone breathingn in the background.... took me a while but managed to work out that it must have been Broken Man, who at any one point was only 2 inches off the boot!!!!!
