    Gutted

Just take it back and say it was like that when you opened it lol
  2. From the type of shooting you have said you do a lab would be good for the ducks and pigeon, although a spaniel would be good for rough shooting, which types do you do most ? If you really want a dog that wont be amazing at all 3 but decent at em all a springer is what id go for
  3. I thought his guns were illegal ?? Just shoot himself and be done with no point sitting in a cage for the rest of his life! From the attitude he showed so far I thought he'd go out guns blazing with Police and we end with him standing by a river bank with a gun to his OWN head ?
  4. My cousins and aunty/uncle have a cocker who is, They carry some boiled sweet to feed her if she gets low sugar levels and is injected whilst having her dinner to keep her levels normal. They got her like that and she was terribly spoiled and over fed, thats what lead to it. She has a better life now but her eye sight has gone now
  5. Aw grow up Its not super easy to spot a racer coming in fast and sharp on a pattern but on the occasions we do, we let em go besides how on earth would you know if someone shot one ? Do you follow them home ? If so I advise you quit releasing them and stay in the house, far less trouble
  6. Bloke I know got hit years ago, when licences were alot more relaxed. Someone brought a gun into his work that he found, while holding it up it went off and hit him. He still has loads of shot in his hand you can feel it in there. Lucky ****** lol
  7. My CZ 550 did that, I went back n the gun shop rang the supplier, after taking advice they swapped the stock and then it was fine Go back and have a word!
  8. Heard of them, whered you get it from ? How much ? Let us know how you get on then
  9. I dont have any long dogs, or ferrets, but Id love to go out on some days with some If I had the choice I would prefer to use a shotgun over one of my own dogs. My Lab isn't too far off come wild fowling with me but the spaniel is far off from being my lil hunter yet
  10. some guy "knocked his pipe out" then later on havin a drink some mint bird asked him back to hers Hence the sayin "Dont knock ur pipe out" Just a guess lolol
  11. Apparantly is supposed to be easier. I dont know anything else bout it though sorry
  12. good work mate what rifle setup you got ? Looks mint
  13. A bad lifestyle. Lots of junk food and being lazy. So far have lost about 4 stone. Been slacking really for the last few months. Am about 15 stone now. Looking to get down to around maybe 13.5 stone
  14. You should frame them mate. stop them getting any more crumpled up. Nice to have things like that My mum's got an old £5 coin!
  15. You dont necessarily need to get his nuts off for that. My mates dog tried humping my lab a good week after her season. But a few days later he stopped and hasn't done it since Once the scent is gone he may be back to normal
  16. run like hell when he is coming back to you. Also what worked well for me is to give him a dummy in the garden to play with. Not to retrieve just put it in his mouth. Let him run about with it, let him carry it about. While he is doing this give him the odd stroke. Tickle under his chin. This has worked for me
  17. Swan  I didn't tell you that  I didnt kill it or cook it, But I was given a taste as someone was cooking it in the oven. Very greasy but very succulent.
  18. As I said. Less things to go wrong in ways like this when the dog is in a kennel
  19. Keep your eye on that neighbour. He sounds dodgy :yp:
  20. The dog picks up less bad habits when kennel'd. Although if its kennel'd and the kids just pester it in the garden as much as they would in the house then there's not much difference, I learned the hard way. My lab would retrieve brilliant but then just spit the dummy as my feet because of other people throwing stuff for her and then not taking it off her when she brought it back, took a while to teach her to hold onto the things! Gladly I got it sorted! :yp:
  21. My new springer pup, shes settling in lovely :yp:
  22. 3 lorry's full of sheep got pinched around here not too long ago, With meat prices going up its on the increase boys!
