no brainer ..............a big fat burger from the co-op which i flattened down to 1/2" ...rubbed salt and black pepper on it ...left it overnite in frodge and hot fried in a dry pan
a couple of gunsmiths working for Wild are to have said went to ..work for Purdey........that is why there are similaraties between some Purdey's and some Wilds....
i came to the same conclusion....thats why i buy mine......they are often on the "eat now or die shelf"...so i buy them and freeze them...same with spring rolls
