  1. personally i think its funnier than hell,,,,,,, if that really exists,,, which it might i think..
  2. not sure how you guys are doing it back home, my understanding with my father is that there is a program in place for the elderly. roof top panels, giving low or no cost electric to the occupier/owner of the house and selling off all extra. great idea but there are always pitfalls and false promises, he and most of his old crew have been declined, no apparent treason. would be a good thing to do in my opinion. i am still doing a feasability study here for roof top panels same scenario, office power only. Martin.
  3. i just received this, if its a repeat oh dear how sad never mind, thought it a little light hearted after all the fighting in other posts. have a good weekend Martin. This actually happened with some guys from Maine. They dressed the truck up with the guy spread eagled on the roof. The driver and passenger put on Moose heads. They went down the Maine toll road Interstate, causing 16 accidents. They went to jail, and yes, alcohol was involved.
  4. possible,,,,, though maybe not ??
  5. looks like my chin after a shave ,,,,, i have a rough blade,,,,, its all hogwash, landing on the moon ,,, whatever next women truck drivers tsk tsk

  9. thanks buddy, thats what i was looking for, i was kinda thinking along the transport managers licence idea, i sat that back in the 80's for my trucking back in Bristol, figured it must be a kinda modern day version Martin.
  10. before it all kicks off and fighting breaks out, remember the parents that now deal with the fallout of this terrible loss, be it he took his own life you or I will never know the full story as to why.... its too often this kind of story comes out, all to often, it never makes sense to me.... i have been to too many funerals this last couple of years, both old and younger people, but an old saying i remember stays with me,,,,, nothing saddens God more than the death of a Child. try and show a little compasion. Martin.
  11. curious as to what is a CPC ?? anyone please?? Martin.
  12. Zapp, not to cause conflict but i did whatch a show over here afew years back Sniper School, basically the US sniper training school at Fort Benning had invited a number of countries top guns (snipers) to compete in all aspects of shooting, this was from Handgun (which all snipers are to excell at) up. the gist was the Brits came in and got all ****** off at US customs, they had brought in reloaded ammunition, tailored to the individual weapon, it was promptly confiscated and they had to use factory purchased munitions, ,,,,,,,,, they lost i cannot say if they would use this particular ammunition in a sniping sittuation, but can confirm they do use to "practice" if that is the right wording. Martin.
  13. looked the same to me ,,,, even the roof, and no side windows,, its probably the shadows Shawn
  14. was looking at picking up the Shelby SS, though buddy has one and is not having much fun, the other would be the Challenger R/T, again though, a lot of motor for a few months fun here, winter tends to keep these guys at bay. still like my BMW's dropped the Grand Prix GTP a while back and keep the Chevey Avalanche as an all rounder, lovely tool for shooting having a slide out full deck locakble, drives like a charm ask njc110381 Nick, he liked it..... Martin.
  15. spot on, a 69 no less, its a 5 year project i have put on hold for the last 10 years running a 351 cleveland lump @ 450 ish Martin.

  17. a few of these suckers around as well this trip,,,, dog food fo wolves Martin.
  18. just thought i'd throw a few more up for you guys to see, these fellas were out in the open following a few mountain goats around, they tend to stay a little tight to the local meat store. Jasper National Park, 3 hours west of me , in the heart of the Rocky mountains, if any of you guys ever get the chance to come over here, make sure its on your " TO DO " list,,, i know a few of you have, most never get the chance... anyway, for your enjoyment. and for the record, we have dumb bar stewwards here too, whilst picturing these guys, some guy pulled up, got out and ran like a racehorse right at them, got within 50yds,,, snapped off a roll and came back faster,,, jumped in the car and off in a hurry,,,,, unfortunately its billygoats like him that would have given cause to cull these Wolves had they attacked him... Martin.
  19. very simple my friend,,,,no sight at all, why do i hear all the time that people want to see a sight on the barrel, you should be looking at the bloody target not the gun. when mounting a shotgun the gun should come into a natural firing position, if all in the world is right, you keep shifting your eye focus from the target to the muzzle and back, you will become very good friends of Freddie the Flincher, look through the gun not at it. i often hear when teaching new shooters " i see the side of the gun" you will if you look for it, i know it sounds funny but try and ignore the gun itself and concentrate your soul focus on the target, you will be surprised at what a difference you have. Martin.
  20. thought it was bloody hilarious myself,,,,, still waiting for my southern cousins to come forward and start shouting,,,,, i have a box of pebbles to throw across the Border to start a fight,,,,,,, all our tanks are plugged in so we can get going after Hockey night in Canada,,, second game of course Martin.
