I stopped at the Sol cayo coco in March the hotel is ok , it cost £1700 for myself and wife for two weeks all inclusive . the beaches are superb plenty of fish about aswell . be aware some of the hotels on cayo coco leave a lot to be desired the Pullman was excellent and the Melia very good ,I will be returning in the next year and the Pullman is my first choice

you would be better of getting a price for just the ground work ie just dig out and pour concrete .agreeing on the level of concrete below ground level . and employ a brickwork contractor to do the rest you will get a better job .i would guess around 4.5k for works

ive got the weaterby vangaurd the same rifle i belive. it shoots remington 100gr corelock to .5 of a inch and hornady 100gr interlock shoot very good groups i had no joy with privvi either

sounds like there is no lintol above the frame you will will proberly need to install a catnic L10 lintol with a cavity tray to stop the water ingress .water seal and repointing are usually a short term fix
