Evening, Just weighed myself on scales with out the gun and then with, checked a couple of times and difference is 3.6KG, that's all up including the scope that is on it as well. Gun has good balance and has never felt heavy to use when standing freehand. Hope that helps

I guess the one that's missing is you won't go blind if you get a breach fail or hot gas from a semi back in your face, still amazes me how many people shoot without glasses even more so when using a semi.

Hi There, i got one, u get a few looks when you first get seen with it, also where i shoot there i a public footpath so I have had MOP see me with it in the field that gets a real funny look. With a sling you can pop it under you coat if it rains so the scope is clear when you get a shot, just watch your fingers when you extend it back out

Hi All, Thanks for the help so far, all I can say is there is no external damage damage to the gun at all an its in A1 condition. Phoned the gunshop today and they will send it to beretta for them to have a look. will let you know how things go thanks

Hi All, I am new to this internet stuff, so sorry in advance if I have done this wrong. Anyway I have a three year old 686E, just used it today, came home and gave it a clean as always and I have found a chunk of metel (small crater) missing half way up the inside of the top barrel. Firstly how has this happend. Secondly what can i do about it and what will the cost be? thanks in advance for any help you can give Nigel
