  1. Hi, looking for a tx200 within reasonable distance of Cambridge as would prefer f2f. Ideally with a scope and slip but anything considered. Thanks, Rob
  2. Is the weight an issue when shooting or just when carrying it? If the later that’s no problem as far as I am concerned. if it affects shooting then that’s a different matter.
  3. I’ll chip in on this one as I have a similar question. I’m leaning towards .177 as I believe they have less drop initially and would be easier to shoot with, is that true. budget wise I’m looking at £200-300 with a slip and some pellets. If I can I’d prefer it not to be a PCP so I don’t have to worry about a pump or a bottle. I’m happy buying used if the gun is in good condition. initially I’ll be shooting at a local target range, not sure what the range is but I used to shoot clays there and like the place.
  4. Are they these ones? http://images-nitrosell-com.akamaized.net/product_images/3/533/large-%24_57.JPG
  5. Perfect answer - second visit would be a pain so I'll get it now. Thanks, Rob.
  6. Probably been asked a hundred times but my search didn't find an answer. Currently filling in my SGC application and was wondering of I should have my cabinet before sending it off or if it can be purchased after the SGC is granted? Thanks, Rob Edit: just realised this is probably the wrong area for this apologies but cant see a way to delete the post.
  7. Hi Gilo, I'd like this but collection might be tricky straight away. Would you be free on Tuesday night? Thanks, Rob
  8. Would love to, but family are over this weekend. Send me a PM next time you're going.
  9. Thanks Matty, nice to meet you too. Already stripped the gun down and had a play Cheers, Rob.
  10. I quite fancy the new Microsoft Surface but my iPad will do me TBH. At least one of my male relatives will be getting a handmade bushcraft knife and sheath that I have made. That will save me some money and I think he will really appreciate it too.
  11. I did the first ITIL module last year and went into it thinking "this is going to be a waste of time" Was actually pleasantly surprised and intend to sit the other parts if I can. Does mean that my eventual aim will be to specialise in ITIL consultation but even if that doesn't pan out I still think it will be useful.
  12. His is sold, but he has a mate selling the same gun (different camo pattern) that I'll be buying hopefully.
  13. No difference, didn;t phrase it very well but what I meant was if this is a members gun they will see my reply. In the end I've phoned the chap this morning and have arranged to go see another gun he has.
  14. Is this a pigeon watch members gun? If so I'll take this. Can collect this weekend, just PM me your contact details. Cheers, Rob.
