what is this all about?

I want to go FAC and have shotgun for a few years now. I have had some truble with Police but only a little bit and NOT with shotgun. Can I go for it or should I wait a few more years? The trouble was really my silly friends but I got caught up in their frolicks. Not a problem for the shotgun but will it effect FAC?

are there any short courses I can go on for keepering?
