Yes, I've just done this - changed a SIM-only contract to one new network, and a PAYG to another. Both changed yesterday, very smoothly (I'm tempted to say 'slick'!) and both working fine The SIM-only contract has gone to PlusNet, who already provide my landline and broadband, so I qualified for 'mates rates', but they're worth a look anyway if you haven't already chosen yor new provider
