  7. hey, check out www.boxhill.co.uk some great vids and pics on there
  8. not sure what kind of hide you have but if you have straw "pigeon huts" i just keep a bale inside, its alot easier than carring a stool or seat. PB
  9. nice bag of rabbits there. and a very nice stock is it custom? i suppose the clamp on the scope is for a lamp or laser? the fields round your way must be full of rabbits do you own the shooting land or do you have permission
  10. the 22-250 is a tikka t3 and the rimfire is a CZ classic. vim- i know you have some very nice guns what make, caliber are they?
  11. i'm going out tonight with the 22-250 and try to get another there must be a alot about where i live because lots of people i know have seen them, and my x-mas turkeys i was breeding the fox had 5 of those and they were a good 25lbs glad to see your back vim i liked looking at your pictures as the were good quality and you were good at getting them foxes, do you use any calls if so which ones?
  12. this dog fox was taken at about 5:30 this morning while out rabbit shooting with the rimfire, i called him in to about 50 yards then shot and it was a dead clean kill.
  13. yeah may aswell give a gunsmith a go, because it is such a nice gun with walnut stock, bi-pod, great scope but the bl**dy thing won't shoot. so if the gunsmith can't do it i'm selling it
  14. deepest sympathy for you and your family. and i hope 2005 is a better year for you mr.p jim
  15. looks like i have 2 problems then, because it shoots all over place! :< when the problem first started i sent it straight to AirArms and they said the problem was the silencer, and the gun was slightly over powered (not to my knowlage) BUT when i got it back some ****** has had my ten shot magazine :< and the gun was shooting exactly the same with a new silencer so i got on the phone to complain about the missing silencer but AirArms said it was nothing their end and it must have been a courier(but thats wrong becuase i know the bloke who took it very well) AND when i chroned it the thing was shooting at about 9ftlbs!! so i may aswell just give up on the gun altogether because its dud :<
  16. thanks for the advice but my S310 is very inconsistant in power and accuracy and i have been told that fitting a regulator will cure this BUT will a S410 regulator fit my S310??
  17. hi, i have a AirArms S310 and would like to put a Ben Taylor regulator on it, i know he makes one for the S410 but will it fit my S310? and what are the advantages of having a regulator?
  18. yes it has got a scope rail on it. was hoping for it to be worth more than that but you probably know more than me on that subject. i have just re-blued it and polished the stock so that should add a few quid to the price if i were to sell it, but i might keep it as its a great tool for mice in the wheat shed were they all .177 or did webley ever make a .22 version?
  19. hi, just wondering if anyone knows if the Webley Ranger is worth much. its a small air rifle(break barrel) its .177 and quite old but i don't know how old, 30 40 years maybe??at the rear of the breech it has printed:The Webley RANGER, Webley & Scott ltd, Birmingham, MADE IN ENGLAND. it has grip/chequering at the fore end of the stock but none on the grip or butt.its in good origonal condition with no parts missing if anyone knows what its worth please reply PB

  22. great looking lake and plenty of ducks coming in the morning got to be careful because your not allowed to shoot over the water because its a fishary (going fishing there to, later in the year) probably take my air rifle aswell because lot of pigeons sit in the trees at the back of the lake. i went there this morning and saw loads of duck and geese. hope the shoot is as good as it looks
