The Lightning steel was advertised to do 1650 fps, in tests it came out at 1373 fps and others say it does not reach the advertised velocity.

so if next week an anti lead shot group said they wanted lead banned asap then how could BASC defend it and say we want lead for another 5 years?, BASC has agreed with everything the anti lead groups have said ie toxic to humans,poisoning wildlife etc,?

so if no one is calling for a ban why look for alternatives to lead?? are you going to use lead for the next five years?

like i said,always got some sort of answer! how can the BASC guy say that a certain cartridge is ok for the occassional crow and that was 34g steel,if it's ok for 1 crow surely it would be ok for more?

i don't think these are heavy enough from what i've been told,

of course,they will be more expensive once lead has gone,what else would we use??

here are lead alternatives,look at the prices and yes lancer425,i know shooters can reload!
