  1. These Richmond sausages are vile things. One of the many **** things my ex used to buy that contributed to us parting ways, so Billie they are divorce sausages for me. On a side note Heck are just introducing a 97% pork shoulder sausage😊
  2. I watched a programme a couple of years ago with Packham that was filmed in his French house. He probably has moved back or more likely owns several properties around the globe. I won't get into the possible increase in his carbon footprint if this is the case
  3. I think he lives in France
  4. Lucky you Bob. I don't believe that I have a siskin before, thanks for sharing
  5. All looks great but Ditchie don't lower yourself and waste that lovely gravy to a Pukka pie😉
  6. Totally agree, I have got the collins app on my phone and ipad which has video and individual audio bird song identification aswell
  7. Not yet but I'll give it a go. Cheers for the heads up
  8. I have to agree Ditchie, I think the supermarket's have upped their game with these chicken meals. I have stopped going to KFC as I got fed up of being served chicken pieces the size of sparrows.
  9. Good home made food, looks great

This, wouldn't go back and that was fifteen years ago.
  11. Just realised that SWMBO and I are on holiday in Berwick at the same time as you're exhibition. We will call in to see your work as we often visit Kelso when up North
  12. As i have said before in your previous posts, you're work is truly stunning. Although different in style your pieces very much remind me of Pennine artist Peter Brook
  13. Well done with the photos and great days out with the dog in the countryside. I don't see the point in shooting Woodcock in this day and age though, much better to enjoy them in the wild
  14. What age do you stop paying National Insurance Steve ?
  15. I've had the Kamado Joe classic two for the last three years and it's totally revolutionised my outdoor cooking. From simple grilling, smoking and searing it's totally outstanding. Takes some practice getting the temps right, particularly holding a steady stable temperature when cooking a large joint for several hours. Enjoy😉. I always thought the company was American not Irish?
  16. There won't be a Britain soon. Was working in Rotherham last week and two British born Asian gentlemen were openly talking about how to destroy Israel, I politely asked them to refrain from making these comments because I was Jewish( although I'm not) and received the most unbelievable abuse and threats of violence imaginable. Scary times ahead for us I fear
  17. Think I'm in you place too although I was shocked to learn that gravy granules are vegetarian friendly
  18. We’ve done with going overseas and now holiday mostly in northern England and Scotland. Mainly due to the wildlife, fishing, scenery and less people. Booked Northumberland in March, Mull in June and Arran in October. The whisky and gin distilleries have nothing to do with it🙂
  19. Looks great John but like you I would probably want a less sweet sauce
  20. I prefer haggis when it is combined with black pudding and added to SWMBO sausage mix. Truly outstanding results when concealed in puff pastry😋
  21. Have to agree with you on this point.
