I.ve done it with full grown rabbit's you just have to use more strenght.The eyes are taken ouy because the will only fall out if you boil the rabbit, skinning the head is optional.

Definatly the easiest and fastest way.

I've shot a few foxes with the 17gr vmax and they never went more than about 10 yrds after being hit, the only one I shot with a 20gr ran a full field about 150yrds before he collapsed, the bullet had gone straight through him at 80yrds, so I only use the 17gr on everything now.

I know the feeling, first time you'd be worried but you'll get used to it, I only clean mine when the grouping start's to widen usually about 400 round's, then it'll take about 5 round's before it settles down again.

One thing's for sure the're never short of money, yet they don't work.

Here in the rep of Ireland it's usually not a problem, farmer's are delighted if you shoot pigeons for them, last year I knocked on two different farmers doors to ask if it was allright to shoot over their barley, and got no answer so I just left my car in their yard's and went about shooting, when I came back I spoke to them and they thanked me, both farmers after a few weeks gave me a few boxes of cartridges, as far as i'm concerned it work's both way's.

The avatar probably draws attention to how bad canned hunt's are, which is probably a good thing, shooting lion's, tiger's, giraffes, and zebras never appealed to me, but then again each person to their own, I don't find the avatar in anyway offencive.
