Be very careful with the Herbalife shakes, my wife was on them for about 6 months and the weight loss came but then suddenly she started having severe pains in her stomach and now has an allergy to gluten. The doctors put this new intolerance down to the Herbalife Shakes and they were very critical on the plans and shake diet idea. We have known of other people who have also struggled with side effects after 6 months so please be careful. If it works and you have no side effects excellent but be careful if you start getting stomach pain and cramps.

Up for sale is my Petsafe 250m remote training collar. This collar has only been used a handful of times and has been collecting dust. It is a great aid to help with training dogs and helped no end with our dog. It has 8 varying levels of stimulant and also a warning Tone button. I have my 3 gun safe up for sale its a full gun so not a breakdown safe. It has 2 sets of keys and the foam inserts inside the safe. They are a brilliant bit of kit, I fitted one a couple of weeks ago and it has made a massive difference and kept a constant temperature. Screwfix have a good selection and they are easy to fit! We went for a Horstmann in the end after reading lots of reviews etc.

Here we go, 17 stone down to 16 stone 9 lb this morning, 5lb loss so happy with that only another 44 lb to go. By the way Snack a Jacks are the food of the devil it's like chewing cardboard!

Are there any members in the Worcester area who could possibly collect a couple of large items? I run a youth football team and funds are always tight and we have seen a second hand line marker on fleabay that we would like to bid on but we have no way of getting it from Worcester to Dorset. I could tell you some horror stories about my wedding As it stands i have been married 5 years tomorrow and we haven't spoken to the chief bridesmaid and usher since (they used to be very good friends!) As i tell my wife at least we shall never forget our special day

We have a few piles of chalk and soil mix at work, it was excavated about 2/3 years ago and now covered in weeds. Would this be any good?

Great place went there in 2005 so it has probably changed a bit. You have to go to Kakadu an amazing place!
