My workmate was born in Barbados and so when he retired he sold up and moved back there. Within no time he regretted it, sure he had a nice house etc but he said it was as boring as you know what. When i was at school you didnt have the choice. You had to eat everything. For a long time a lot of school dinners have been meat and dairy free because of the complicated religious and dietary requirements of the kids Nothing to do with saving the planet.

A lot of people who buy these products don't do it because they are opposed to eating meat. They do it because they suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome which is affected by red meat. My step daughter is one of them. I buy a lot of vegan products, cheese, ice cream, margarine, etc because I can't take dairy as i have got older. Other people are concerned about the links between meat and some forms of cancer. Bowel cancer in particular. If you have a family history of Bowel cancer it may well be suggested to you to avoid meat.

You think litter is bad? The lay bys in Cornwall get covered in human poop in the summer and some poor council bloke has the job of clearing it up

Another advantage of them is they are Day-Glo orange or yellow often and it makes it less likely that idiots will trip over them in the dark while trying to take a short cut to the toilets or coming back from the pub

The Mevagissey roundabout in St Austell gets blocked completely on a regular basis by cars queueing for McDonalds and KFC. People complain but nothing changes. Locals a couple of miles up the road complain about having to constantly pick up the drinks cups and boxes from the fast food outlets that get chucked out of car windows

I was in McDonald's on the A303 and a customer in there was having a moan at the staff because the drive through customers were visibly getting priority over those waiting inside. He was right too On the food apps the restaurant get penalised if they keep the drivers waiting

Ordinary fairy liquid in water works pretty well in an old squeegee bottle. Don't put too much fairy in the water, just a tiny drop is fine. Then dry off with a microfiber cloth With the microfiber cloths don't wash them in soap powder. It leaves a dusty residue

I have found out the answer. Raised "3D" letters and numerals create a shadow in certain lighting conditions . Particularly at night when the cars number plate light is above it. This makes the plate harder to read by ANPR cameras and other security cameras because it distorts the image seen by the camera. Also stick on letters can be just as easily unstuck and rearranged They are sold as show plates

Modern car paint doesn't benefit from sealers which is all this it in reality. It's a throw back to the days of cellulose paint which did oxidise and was slightly porous. Even then the benefit was short lived

My son hit a pothole in his BMW 5 series and the run flat tyre was completely shredded . They are not infalliable.
