It's better to unload the gun than rely on bulletproofing...

No need to drive fast if he's got time to post about it on the internet...
  3. Does it matter if collar and cuffs match, I mean what if it's shaved?
  4. Hate to burst your bubble, but the legal profession is not made up of wonderful people who know everything. Copyright law is a fairly specialist area, and most solicitors tend to specialise in a particular discipline leaving their knowledge of other subjects paltry in comparison.
  5. Photo copyright is a minefield, photography mags are full of pieces about it. Take the money, the fact you have asked them to put it in writing shows they have shown "reasonableness" in attempting to resolve.
  6. Licencing wouldn't solve any problems, just increase hurdles. If you think that it's a good idea then I've got a suggestion for where you can stick that rifle.
  7. It was only the first hall and foodcourt that was really overcrowded, the rest of the halls were ok. I agree that the traffic management and parking provisions were terrible, they were lining up the cars one at a time rather which caused the delays getting traffic off the road.
  8. We were travelling back from a job in the van and my mate moved out to avoid a cone in the road. Some woman on the other side crossed a double white into our side and both mirrors got completely smashed. Being in a liveried van we pulled over, only to see her disappear into the distance. Mate still ended up getting investigated by our transport manager because we didn't get her details.

    Superbowl

Football? No sir, with football you use your "foot" and a "ball". The Superbowl is the hand-egg championship final.

    Job rant

I also wouldn't lead with the fact you've worked in business expansion, that only works on a CV if you are pro-actively moving on to bigger challenges from a thriving business. Otherwise it just looks like you were **** at it.
  11. That's a shame, although it is the workforce that appoints/elects a rep rather than the union.
  12. Bloke just spent all his wages in William Hill. He walked out despondent, closed his eyes, clasped his hands together and said "Jesus, send me a sign that you want me to stop gambling".
  13. No they don't have to "offer" it. One of the reasons I switched from GMB was that I couldn't opt out of any affiliation.
  14. I'm in UNISON which allows me to opt out of Labour Party affiliation/support, one of the few that do so. As for "playing politics" that's the route that has to be taken sometimes. Strikes don't make laws and regulations, Parliament do.
