Unless you have all the plugs working, your truck will be hard work starting, come winter time.

No mate, only thing ive done to it is new heater plugs and a full service.

I have an 05 Ranger, I live in Euxton Lancashire and I travel to my syndicate shoot in North Wales, takes just over an hour to get there, same coming back, I put £25 diesil in the tank, and it covers me easy, I have never checked the milage, but mine dont seem to bad on diesil, its split 3 ways with me and my 2 brothers on most shoot days, so works out fairly cheap, your not going to get high mpg out of any 2.5 makes of truck.

Dodgy heater plug, had same problem with my Ranger....changed the heater plugs, never missed a beat since.
