  1. First & Last time for me, 80% was clothing & The only thing I bought was from an RFD who is based 8 miles away from my house!
  2. Long Island Iced Tea or a Bloody Mary....with a big splash of tabasco
  3. Try http://www.alligatorboogaloo.com/uke/chords/index.html All you need for a Uke!...
  4. 41% Chav & 20% Posh... So what about the other 39%?
  5. 20% ...not proud of that...I was hoping for a much lower score. I'm sure it was the bidet that let me down!
  6. You're right it is bad, I was hoping to get hole in hole groups at that distance! things are improving... a bit more adjustment with the grains of powder & I should be there or there abouts. As for not reading the posts between the photo's properly...sorry it was a school boy error!
  7. Has the varmint got a set trigger like the american? A very light trigger does mean tighter groups for me. I have a CZ527 American 1 in 12" & at 100yds it shoots a 3" group with 55gn factory ammo & 4" group with 62gn factory but the best recipe I've found for home loads includes a 40gn nosler head & that gets me sub 1" to date.... but I still havn't finished testing my loads, I've also got to get the barrel threaded for a moderator that I've acquired so I should get better grouping when it's fitted.
  8. That's a shame, can you get slightly heavier factory loads? otherwise fully run it in & get used to using it & I'm sure the grouping pattern will improve.
  9. Are you going to start rolling your own? Because that's when it becomes more interesting... perfecting your own recipes & getting touching groups.
  10. Were these factory or roll your own? If they are roll your own were you using the same amount of powder in all the ammo you tested?
  11. My Zafira(2000)alarm was going off all the time about a week ago & after a long period of headscratching I found it to be a couple of very small moths that were setting off the interior sensors, try disabling the interior sensors and see if that works! If it doesn't make sure your seatbelts are fully retracted as well as closing open vents because they too could be an issue, I hope you get it sorted because it's annoying!
  12. I've been to both a few times & I also prefer the revival as wheel to wheel is always more entertaining to me. If you do the festival go & have a look around the pits as early as you can because it gets very busy and check out the rally section in the forest,it's a bit of a trek uphill but there is also a tractor ride from about halfway up the hill but avoid if you have a bad back as it's a bumpy ride! 19. I own a 10/22 but I wouldn't buy another one as they can be great but can be cartridge fussy, I wouldn't buy a plastic SR22 & I would give the CZ semi's a wide berth too but I would buy a Magtech as the one at my club has had lots of rounds through it (10,000) and it has only failed about 3 times, twice because it needed a good clean and the other time the magazine failed & needed a clean it also seems to like most ammunition especially subsonic, they come already screw cut and the only downside is the trigger pull it's heavy but you wouldn't want a light trigger whilst shooting from a quad or 4wd...save your money and buy a Magtech
  20. Our sweep says that if you burn a lot of wood the chimney is more likely to catch fire than if you burn coal, don`t know how true that is, perhaps he is trying to scare me into having it swept more often It's all to do with the pitch that comes from burning wood, it sticks to the sides of the chimney and can accumulate with each burn it's sticky and clumps together, you'll probably find some woods release more pitch than others, someone on here might be able to tell you the worst culprits!
  21. but you can, but on the condition you can only shoot them at a handful of places...Mainly tank ranges because of the fall out area. If I had the money I would consider one.... or better still a .416 barrett or the .408 cheytac
