Looking for two Browning Invector Plus 12g Skeet Chokes

There is a lot of information on the criteria to shoot standard steel in a shotgun that does not have the proof to shoot superior steel but what is the difference in the design between the two and could a standard proof 2.75” chambered gun be converted to Fleur de Lis specification. Is it a case of lengthening the forcing cones and chambers, reaming the chokes out to no more than half and reproofing to the higher pressure.

Received with thanks. Nice addition to my old Landry.
-
Just sent it.

Yes Please…….how should I pay you.

I have a Laurona side by side .410. 3" chambered ejector if you are still looking.
-
What are you looking for. I have a sbs, 2" Chambers.

Cheap side by side. Sarasquetta, I think it is a model 6. Good bores, and as tight as new, nice engraving, articulated front trigger, colour hardening intact. 143/8" LOP, 251/2" barrels...look like 3/4 and 1/2 chokes. Use as is, or good candidate for amature restoration.....blueing thin in places and the woodwork could be refinished. Let me know if you want more photos. £150. South Lincs

In the mid 1980s we were buying spuds, ex farm, for £20/ton.

I wonder if the footballers and Grand Prix drivers will be 'taking the knee' for the murdered guy.

Photo of a Roach Bellystocked Browning next to a conventional stock one.

1911s are brilliant......have had a number of them in .455 and .45. A testimony to their design and funtionality is that they are still being made 111years later.

I have just picked up a Browning.....I'm guessing a B1. The serial number dates it to 1957. It is mechanically very good but the stock needs refinishing. The question is.....do I leave it as a roach belly or should I get it altered to a convensional shape?

According to the BASC steel shot day that I went on steel is not recommended for tighter than 1/2 choke. So a traditional fixed choke trap gun at 3/4 and full may be a problem in the future. I could get the chokes reamed o ut but would rather not if an interchangeable choke gun was available.
