Self taught self proclaimed pigeon shooting addict. Have been chasing them since my early teens. Now at nearly 30 I am getting the hang of it with some decent bags of over 100 on my own 225 is the best with a mate.
I love game shooting but the cost has become unaffordable for me so I only buy a couple of 100 bird days a season and rely on the odd invite/beaters day.
Roost shooting is my favourite but only when the birds are about! If not decoying on spring drillings is superb.

  1. Sod all about Bury St Edmunds area of Suffolk. I am ten miles out of Bury between Sudbury and Haverhill. Haven't seen any sizable flocks. Shot 15 roosting last Sunday in the wind. This weekend being pot a pigeon, same wood. Shot 3. Rubbish. Couldn't hear anyone really shooting much. Even where i beat numbers are only just building. Way less than this time last year. I wonder if they are heading onto maize strips that are being chopped. Very little Oil seed rape about and start is has very little on it. Baffling. Many people round here had a terrible roost session on Saturday
  2. Hi interested in lofting poles, how much would it be to post?
  3. My girlfriend has been looking for a decent 20g for a little while now, she likes the Franchi harrier and has been using my brothers 686 and neighbours 687. If anyone knows of someone planning to sell one in the suffolk area I would really appreciate hearing from you. Cheers
  4. Looking for a three gun cabinet or more.
