I`ve only within the last couple of weeks bought a BSA Supersport .22 rifle and though I`m pleased with it wonder if its worth getting the Gas Ram system fitted to it to help with the recoil the rifle gives when fired.
Also by replacing the main spring with a .77 Gas strut and putting this into my .22 this would increase the power of the rifle ! Right :o
If I put a more ' beefy' main spring into the rifle or the .77 Gas strut instead, this would make the recoil worse ? Would`nt it ??
Would both these methods damage the rifle and scope over time ??
Or should I just replace the main spring with a .22 Gas ram system thus improving the recoil and the accuracy of the rifle - and be done with it ??
Any info would be of help
Cheers
