  1. choke type should be stamped on the barrel.
  2. Beretta E store. much cheaper than uk sites, and fast delivery. had all the parts I wanted for my 391.
  3. personally would put in a variation and keep your bolt action as well. semi auto's can be a real pain when using in the dark if they're not working well.
  4. guy putting in the lower cost must be keen, or moonlighting and will take forever and a day to get your drawings done. have you seen samples of their work to get an idea of what you'd be getting for your money ? I'm a cad jockey and couldn't/wouldn't do it for £850.
  5. I have a 32" one for sale on gunwatch.
  6. if you're interested give us a call. from memory lop is around 14 1/2".
  7. shot with a 12.5" barrel. using match ammo though. 10 shot group at 20 yards, no bipod, rest or leaning on anything.
  8. pretty sure you'll find all the powder is burnt in the first 9" of the barrel. my lsr competition gun has a 12 1/2" volquartsen barrel and no problems with accuracy on that. if you're just worried about velocity I found a few web pages when researching mine which gave an indication of the differing velocities for barrel lengths.
  9. warranty is transferable on Caesar Guerini. I bought a 32" Ascent mid last year, been using it pretty much exclusively since getting it and still pleased with it. new or second hand is your choice really, personally went for a new one as there wasn't enough difference in the price to make a second hand one worth having, and with buying new I was able to specify the choke set supplied with the gun. can't comment on any other guns in the range as haven't shot any others, but the few guys I know that have bought Guerini's all still have them, which says something about them.

    20 bore wanted

have a 20 bore rizzini not being used any more. fixed choke 1/4 & 1/2, 28" barrel. fairly lightweight, my daughter was using it for clays. I'm in east sussex, looking for £350 for it if you're interested.
  11. one on gunstar this morning for £390. personally would have said its at top money though, I paid a lot less for mine in much nicer condition. also if mine's anything to go by the 3 shot is not very successful, the bolt scores the cartridges in the magazine. better off with mine just loading 1 at a time. top fun for very little money though, but check the chamber length, mostly 2 1/2 " chambered.
  12. have a bowman pedal trap kicking around in workshop. throws singles and doubles. would like £60 for it if you're interested, its in east sussex. did post some pics a while ago, they come up with a search for 'pedal trap'.
  13. bought a 32" one last july, very pleased with it, been using it for clays and phesant shoots. not sure what else to tell you about it, cant compare it to your current gun as i've not shot an impact. balance and stock dimensions fit me well, set the stock as i like when i first bought it and haven't adjusted since. haven't bothered with the aftermarket comb or recoil reducer, i dont feel that they are needed, but the option is there if you want it. everyone else that has tried it seemed to like it. Anglo Italian Arms were very good when i bought mine, supplied with the trap forend and barrel selector fitted and allowed me to pick a set of chokes that i wanted with the gun rather than the standard set.
  14. no reply to my pm sent asking for a paypal address.
  15. yes please, assuming it still includes postage. will pm in a mo.
  16. have a briley extended, non ported, skeet sitting in the cabinet from my A400 days. pretty much as new, £35 posted if you're interested.
  17. the standard silver extended one.
  18. have a briley extended skeet optima hp left over from my A400. pretty much as new condition. £35 posted.
  19. have a 20g fixed choke rizzini that I'm going to advertise when I get round to it. pretty light gun, my daughter has been using it. its 1/4 & 1/2 choke marked on barrel from memory the barrel length is 27" they come with a thick pad, so with a thin pad the stock length reduces nicely for ladies. if you're interested it's in East Sussex, looking for £375 for it.
  20. went for the 18" when i bought mine. did a bit of internet research on them and the 18" appeared optimal for hmr. from memory it takes 16" for the hmr to burn its powder, so the 14" will probably be dirtier and burn out the moderator earlier (that is if the lei burn out like a sak will). fitted a tactical solutions over barrel mod and dont have any problems with it. i'm pleased with my choice, waited for the deluxe thumbhole stock and got it with selected wood. pretty sure you'll be happy with whichever you chose.
  21. some games are online only, be careful what you buy game wise for it.
  22. hi all. looking for 20g mobil chokes. ideally 1/4 and 1/2 flush original beretta. anything teague, briley, beretta extended. cheers
  23. may have had the magazines modified. easy to do and then they take 5.
  24. have a briley extended skeet sitting in the cabinet doing nothing. optima hp, was bought for my a400 xcel, which I didn't get on with, horrible gun, most disappointed.
