  1. Briley Titanium extended chokes 1/4 (IC), 1/2 (M) £45 each or £80 for both posted. These are super lightweight and retail for over £80 each new. Teague flush chokes - Skeet, 1/4 and 1/2 £22 each or £55 all three posted. Skeet is brand new and unused, all others very lightly used. Will upload photo's later (when I can work out how to do it ) Paypal or balance transfer. Pm for details
  2. X-trail is not permanent 4x4 (there is a switch on the dash).
  3. +1 I switched from neoprene to leather lined Le Chameau's. I wear my boots all year round, including dog walking on wet days. I found the neoprene pair uncomfortably warm during spring/ summer months and it really put me off wearing them. Go leather...unless your feet really feel the cold.
  4. Any Browning dealer should be able to get one for you. My local gun shop ordered one for me - it was about 20 quid. A bit expensive for a bit of plastic I thought
  5. I found my Chameau neoprene wellies to be way too sweaty to be worn all year round. Ideal for really cold days though, and very comfortable. When it came to buy a new pair I opted for leather-lined and haven't looked back.

    iPad

The new ipad mini (just released in the last week) has retina display too.
  7. Excellent, thanks so much. I had no idea you could do this. Will definitely investigate this further...
  8. +1 SkyGo is excellent. Great to watch live sport and films anywhere in the UK on the ipad. Doesn't work abroad as I found out this summer as I was banking on watching the Ashes by the pool! Grrrr.. something to do with the licencing apparently.
  9. Totally agree but you missed one...Alex Lifeson.
  10. This post explains it well: http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/topic/57296-changing-trigger-blades-browning-525/
  11. True - a .22rf would be my gun of choice. Easy to carry hundreds of rounds of ammo too. Very important if you running from the Undead! (I can't believe I am typing this )
  12. It took a couple of days to get used to, but I prefer it now. Very retro looking. Particularly like the way of closing apps by 'flicking' them up.... if that makes sense!
  13. Would be interested in Light Modified titanium if you have one?
  14. Don't know how you would pick a best ever as others have said...there are just too many to choose. A couple of favourites from waaaay back that I still always listen to are Led Zep 4 and Sticky Fingers by the Stones Never rated the Smiths, Morrissey always irritated me for some reason
  15. If you mean 'Fox Wars', it's made me realise there are some strange folk about! A bit of shooting footage though...
  16. I saw it was running and was going to back it....purely based on the name. Been in meetings since lunch. Was it a winner??
  17. Ok, another fan here. Not sure I'll carry on if Ruby goes though!
  18. I don't particularly agree with the way the badger cull is being handled in the local area, but just read this story in the local rag: http://www.thisisgloucestershire.co.uk/Badger-cull-marksman-left-licence-bullet-blunder/story-19896247-detail/story.html#axzz2h487KZgw Reading between the lines it appears to me that the 'protestor' was trespassing. He, along with 2 mates, tackled a legitimate shooter at night, the shooter promptly legs it leaving his ammo behind. There must be more to this story...it looks a bit fishy to me. I guess we should expect a bit of anti propaganda but why weren't the protestor and his mates arrested for trespass?
  19. +1 I had real problems shooting 65mm Comp X through mine. It would cycle 70mm fine (and most 67mm to be honest). The manual recommends 70mm too...
  20. Well done on your purchase mate - an excellent rifle. Shooting hares though.....? You've started something now. I'll get the popcorn...
