    Low energy bulbs

I can hear some of them, not all and usually if it’s a led one it’s about to stop working.

    Murmuration

Used to watch them when I was on the Marsh this time of year. A local tomato producer has acres of glasshouses all lit up and the starlings would murmur above and around, fantastic to watch. still see the odd murmuring but not as big as they were.

    Geert Wilders

Hopefully we get someone in the uk to stand up for true values not this woke snowflake crud we are subjected to it just shows how fed up people are of the current political state.
  6. Can’t wait, been watching all the best clips to recap. Some of the lines and scenes are superb.

    Fury v KSI

I too watched it Tyson Fury looked like he thought Tommy had lost and looked shocked when he was announced as the winner. it was like a pantomime with neither looking good from being part of it.

    IF

If your going fac buy a bottle gun to get plenty of shots. If you want to you can get them with adjustable power levels. Ideal for changing circumstances like shooting elevated into trees or in barns and buildings. Then if out in open push power up. Can use slugs to pellets. You’d need to map your scope to each power setting and projectile.

    Heat pumps

I looked at heat pumps when I built my house a decade ago. I would have needed two as one wasn’t big enough. The cost of buying alone made them a ridiculous proposition. The lifespan and service costs was another. in the right situations they can be the best solution. But for most of us, they are not good enough yet.
  10. Not shot it for years and the railway embankments were some of the best stands.
  11. Nice ground sporting targets, only shot there a clip of times but good targets.
  12. I had a HW95k Luxus it was shortened and recrownef, tuned from before I bought it 20 years ago. Never got on with it but could never part with it. Stripped it down other year and went to town with the internals re glided the piston new seals lightened the piston a lot. Re drilled the transfer port. Polished trigger sears. Was a lot smoother but still didn’t like it. Nephew tried it and loved it, hence he is now it’s owner. if you like them they’re good rifles.
  13. least it looks like you had a heart shaved in.
  14. Just make sure you read the instructions, go up and down the same side of your spine and not across it with the pulses.
  15. Jall25 just seen your reply as I’ve not been on in a while. I never took any photos. If I notice any while out now I will but seen loads of verge cutting going on lately.
  16. It’s the same up north. Been out all over and everywhere is same. Can’t see at junction’s. I’m all for helping wildlife but not at the risk of peoples lives. agree councils are just saving money.

  22. Sorry I must have been mistaken. Thought I’d read it in the air gun section
  23. Best put this in the sales section Salmo, I think this section only for discussions etc.
  24. My cousin is a chef and uses and swears by Wustoff knives. I recall him saying he only uses three kinives most of the time. Shape of handle weight and balance are important if your using them a lot. Id want to feel and handle any expensive knives before I bought them.
  25. Ko cho line is supposed to be very good. my go to is leather genie it’s much like renapur but with the addition of tea tree oil to stop any rot and jojoba oil. Goes into the grain a little easier than renapur of which I have the paste and liquid.
