Evening everyone,
I'm located in Hertfordshire and am a friend of forum member garyb. I'm in the process of getting my license at the moment as my Father's is going to expire and he doesn't shoot anymore. I haven't fired a gun for a good 3 or 4 years so I'm sure my first day hitting clays will be very interesting! We've got 2 guns stored in our cabinet, both are a few years old. I was wondering if anyone has any info on them as my knowledge of guns is limited to say the least! I've attached photos of both. The Valmet is/was my Father's. He bought it new around 15/20 years ago. The Spanish gun was my grandfathers, unfortunately that's all the info I have on them.
As neither gun has been shot for a good few years I presume they would need some sort of servicing, would my local club be able to do this? What sort of price would I be looking at?
