  2. Well you say it was clean and a new "O" ring, I do hope it wasn't swimming in oil!
  3. We set out this morning in the bright Cambridgeshire sunshine, only to run in to the fog around the first fields we visited. Moved on trying to find a gap but could not get the pigeons to follow!
  4. Not offended at all Mate, glad you've managed to get out. Where did you shoot these easy clays?
  5. Most of it dates from before you joined!
  6. It is good to see these OLD threads resurrected isn't it!!!!
  7. How did you miss 9 of those easy targets?
  8. I limit the time that they spend on their various electronic "escape from reality" machines!
  9. Thank you so far Gentlemen, have had a look through loads of youtube clips, none show how to re-align the teeth. I have lubricated the teeth and exercised it a fair bit this afternoon whilst Mrs TC was cooking the roast. I guess I will end up easing one side of the joining piece apart to allow me to seperate both sides and then squeeze it closed again. Worth a try to save an old but very good jacket that he loves to wear.
  10. Really! Bleeh, PM me and if you are happy to drive over I will host you for a day after pigeons in the countryside!
  11. Ladies and Gentlemen, my son has managed to do the zip up with the teeth out of sync whilst out on the pheasants yesterday. I have dried the jacket out and applied a small amount of WD40 to the zip but as yet cannot get it to the bottom of the zip. I am currently being gentle but seem to be getting no improvement. Any suggestions gratefully received as it is a lovely old jacket and he will have to put it on like a smock from now on.
  12. Vic we are with TalkTalk and were formerly with AOL, we kept our Email addresses when we moved across!
  13. One of the farms that I am lucky enough to have permission on is bordered by the A47 and they had one stolen last year. It always surprizes me that the farmers never camouflage them with an old hession sack or something similar, the orange bottles stand out very nicely for the oportunist thieves.
  14. Did the forms not come with a set of notes giving guidance for filling them out?
  15. They have a great range of gardening equipment too! I absolutely hate this "here's my wedding list" approach.
  16. Well done Steve, go to all the working days and the more you put in the more you'll get out!
  17. This pillock has made the job of the police easy! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-merseyside-30656011
  18. Hell no, I would never find anything if that was allowed!
