You took the plunge then, its a cracking looking Truck. That will make life a little easier for you!

Miller can I suggest that you go on to the bsa owners forum www.bsaog.co.uk as there isn't much they cannot advise you on regarding bsa guns. Go on the Ultra section and post your question there. A guy called Tench will be able to tell you if possible or not. If you are looking for bolt action alternative I think the bsa Scorpion Superten, R10 may do the trick or air arms 400 series which are also spot on. Regards Roly

Nuno Have you seen Pete's Airgun farm in Chelmsford Essex, see www.airgunfarm.co.uk. Not been there myself but fairly local to you. Regards Roly

It was fine a fortnight ago long after the work was done. I think your'e probably coming in from the opposite direction i.e proper 4x4 brave boy route. Not for me that way I'd get wet feet! I'll let you know as I'm there later today.

If you do get the freebies at least you'll stand by your word not to buy it again. Can't believe anyone would object to a bit of free marketing but then again some people in certain circles are right up themselves! When can we see the uploaded vid? Go for it -

Welcome to Pigeon Watch from another Bedfordian in LU2 Cheers Roly -
Was out with Terry today (Friday afternoon) for a few hours and had a fantastic time. Plenty of Pigeons about, shame about my shooting though! Credit where credit is due and its great what Terry is doing in providing an opportunity for those that would like to have a go at decoying. Give it a go you won't be disappointed. A true gent and genuinely passionate about sharing his experience with others. Once again thanks alot Terry. Top man Cheers Lee

Another trick when decoying over standing crops is to buy some cheap netting from the garden dept at say Wilko's(only a couple of quid). Peg this out with 4 bamboo sticks the same height as the crop and lay your shells on this. Stops them being blown off the crop when its a bit windy and keeps the decoys where they can be seen easily. Peltman Whereabouts in Shenley is this being held? Would like to pop down if I can Cheers Roly

I used to have loads of these, ****** to keep on the ground though. All blew away in the end!!

Got some of this and I find there are two problems with it, one is as the mesh is so fine when its got a breeze on it acts like a sail and two its not that effective in hiding you. Its great to see out off though! l personally use the stealth ghost type which is great and allows you to add the local flora & fauna to it easily to make you blend in better. Got mine from Fleabay about £20. Cheers Roly

Try www.thehighwaymen.co.uk these guys sell carbon fibre and fibreglass rod in various lengths and dia Cheers Roly

There's a few on Fleabay at the moment just put "Magnet Speed Controller" in the search and you'll get a few different types. Cheers Roly

Cooter, I don't think this is the one I had in mind as i'm sure there is no golf course on the boundary. I could be wrong though. I'll check it out. From your description it sounds like a bit of a nightmare with the drunks and tramps etc , you sure this isn't Wardown Park in Luton Town Centre! With regards to insurance, I wouldn't shoot without it so no worries there as fully insured through BASC. Cheers Roly

Thanks for the replies guys. Cheers Roly

Mossy I think Magtech only do ammo now. Try www.magtechammunition.com as they have an international dealer listing on there that might give you some pointers. Roly

There seems to be a lot of Crown Estate land around my way and wondered if anyone has permissions on this type of owned land or experience of trying to obtain permissions before I attempt to knock on doors. Is it a waste of time due to the way they are managed? Any tips or advice welcome. I don't want to upset her Maj or in end up in the Tower!! Thanks in advance Roly
