  1. That’s fine if the customer turns up in a timely fashion a week or two is not unusual the record here is 11 months!
  2. You will need to get there in their timeline to do that. I wouldn’t offer it as a service.
  3. The RFD is required to physically check the serial number on the gun not box and book the gun into there ledger and check it’s been proofed.
  4. As others have said the original Gun Trader company went into liquidation to avoid claims and reopened as Gun Trader Media. All of use with contacts had them moved to the new company without consultation.
  5. Used them for years very and reliable worth the money.
  6. Is it a modern Churchill Regal or and old one? Having worked for Churchill’s I maybe able to offer abit more info if you want to PM me.
  7. The problem with down jackets is they don’t work when wet like the sleeping bags, they are however the best imho if you know you can keep them dry.
  8. Easy the fork lift never struggles 😆
  9. I wear a monsoon stalking with the right layers it’s great totally waterproof and wind proof. I don’t find it over sweaty but then don’t run about in it. I do sweat when I’m dragging deer but I’d do that in a t shirt.
  10. If shooting got group size I prefer not to see the fall of shot it prevents chasing the error and subconsciously adjusting the point of aim to get the shot into the group.
  11. Hi what barrel has it go on it and what’s the round count please I assume it’s a 30”?

    Air rifle

    S200 mk3 in 177 any good?
  14. I’ve had really good results in all 222 rifles with Hornady .224 50grain SST bullets I now favour RS40 powder regardless of twist or barrel length.
  15. Thank you I was looking at these online today I think that’s what I’ll get.
  16. Flat bases are like the ones of the left a boat tail is a longer more aerodynamic bullet like those on the right due to you slow twist you need a short bullet to stabilise generally but not always a lighter bullet is shorter and a flat base shape will be shorter than a boat tail bullet. When dealing with Non Lead Ammo NLA the bullets are generally copper which is lighter than lead therefore a the bullet of the same weight a shape will be longer. With your twist in 222 you’d have to go to a lighter bullet to get stability.
  17. Try a 50 grain flat base to start it should be ok. If not drop to 45s. Rebarreling depends on the barrel (blanks cost between £300 and £3000). Assuming you just want a standard grade barrel hunting barrel about £1000 after proof and some sort of finish.
  18. Have a look 1:14 is not great to allow for NLA ive rebarreled mine at 1:8 and can now shoot 70 grain lead or 50/55 grain copper
  19. Good offer well done that man.
  20. So is it a power shower? I’m told showers with pumps inside that use the hot and cold are termed power showers and need an upgraded cable (Listed Building not new build)
  21. Thank you. No it’s a separate 3 core 10mm cable straight of the fuse box for a power shower or electric shower I need to avoid.
  22. Ok that sounds an option as it would be like your MILs set up. Do you know the Mira model number so I can have a Google. TY
  23. 1:12 is the old traditional twist so limited to 50grains or below in lead or short 45s on NLA
