  1. got to go with opinels got one in all my jackets they have gutted all sorts from wood cock to a dolphin found dead on sanyang beach
  2. reading and smiling at the thoughts of them old records i started using a biakel single everytime ifired it i smashedmy middle finger is it true they were filled with dynamite and rocks now use eley hb pigeon and can not fault them

  5. thanks for the replys whot o problem i have since got a 3rd seed from the first hole it floated out now she had 3 ina very swollen back claw she has been running on cut hay fields now were going back to the woods to play i am now of to boots for some magnesium sulfate ive used sugar and soap on my self loads of times it definatly worfs
  6. my springer bitch was limping so i checked her paw i found ahole in it between her claws saw some thing sticking out was amazed it was abarley seed about 2 inches long 2 days later i pulled a2nd one from the same hole day after that found a3rd between diferent claws is this common ihavebeen cleaning the wounds with detol and covering them with liverene they weep a bit but heal ok

  8. i h ave changed my kennels fro the back to the front of the house now my 15 month old has started barking probaly at afarm dog half a mile away at night its waking next door and there not happy it dont bother me as i work nights but its got to stop ive seen on the net various anty barking devices up to 35 quid any one out there tried one any feed back or help welcome
  9. i got mine from weldon gun room its aone piece stanless steel bit it replaced the two piece part it was 17 pounds o rings are 4 quid but i got a hand ful of maintaince at work for nowt hope this helps
  10. if you are after agood working dog for general shooting etc then you would be ok buying apup with ftch some where in there back ground and go for something you liked or were recomended if you train it right it would more than likly be ok but if you wanted to go trialing you would probaly have to get something with ftch closer ihave no experience with trialing but my two spaniels are half brother and sister shadow is five and has always been a good allrounder were as belle whos grandfather is chewky wolf is on fire they have the same mother but are two totaly different dogs
  11. thinking of some holiday fishing off the beaches most people fish for small stuff close in with bread etc but ihave fished the gambia using full blown beach casting gear useing big prawn or fish baits anyone tried this in the canarys its only afew hunred miles from gambia so some fish must be the same species

  14. thanks ive read most of what you have said before apart from compressing the wads ive alee loadall but they recomend plas wads but when useing fibre i pull the bar down as hard as i can do you recon this is right
  15. swipe 007 seems to be missing the point of horse shoe dog leg patterns etcof course there not natural the idea thought out by archie coates is to grt the birds into your best killing area tomake for the easy shot
