  1. On reflection, one has to think of why populations are treated the way they are?

Maybe here, the starting point of lack of care has become more akin towards derision?

Why is nothing ever made better but half the world receives better treatment?

Yes folks only choice is which lot are the best of a bad bunch but who has the metal to sort this country out

No one in power will ever give up their gold plated life, it has to be wrested from them?

All this shows is what a shambles our political system is and what a shambles this once Great country has become. We need a complete change, get rid of Labour and the Cons, they're virtually a uni party on most issues anyway, we need some common sense leadership back at the helm.

They will take some shifting, standard trough equipment now a diving bell to ensure the dregs are accessible. 🤔

Hello, Well i have just got my pension update forecast, 🤔 With the council tax rise and other rising prices i am back to Square one🤔🙄

Of course, the politico fundamental now is that "copious bull dung baffles brains"

It makes me laugh when you see these politicians and protesters thinking that this country can have a say and other countries listen and act upon it, our governments have only been concerned about green and woke issues, for years, we have gone from a serious player in the world to a country that nobody takes seriously anymore.

Yep, the source of constant amusement and ridicule world wide?

    Compared to his predecessor - he has been good.  I would agree he has overall behaved 'decently'.  However, the present 'goings on' are as a result him making a serious mistake (in my view anyway) in which he;

    • In effect gave an advantage to Keir Starmer by acceding to his demands (we are told against the advice by the Parliamentary clerks - who advise him on the rules and traditions of Parliament).  This was a great help to Starmer because it avoided a large rebellion against his leadership because many (100 or so) of his MPs had threatened to support an SNP motion against their leaders directions, and now voted for Starmers amendment instead.
    • In effect gave in to the bullying tactics of those groups threatening violence and harm to MPs over the Israel/Palestine war by showing that Parliament will yield to pressure/threats/violence made against MPs and their constituency offices, property and even family members.
    • When these pressure groups realise that by making threats against MPs their staff/family they have achieved a change whet happens in Parliament - it seems to me likely that they will use that in the future and more than just this once.

The gates are opened and suddenly Parliament's proceedings are open to being changed by 'blackmail' by threatening it's members and the Speaker making changes to proceedings due to that blackmail.

He must go surely to preserve what little we still have?

We all know the root cause of the problem, a shambles of a Government soon to be replaced by what could be a even bigger shambles of a Government.

Migration is not the problem but its a big £24 billion in four years part of the problem! The whole benefits system is flawed in this country but ask me if who I would rather receive benefits in the UK, someone who has contributed to the system for over 50+ years or someone who has just rocked up and not paid a penny. Any answer other than the first person is just insanity.

Yes but if that were to happen just imagine the loss of politico prestige?

Most country lads collected birds eggs when I was a kid in the fifties/sixties.
99.99% grew out of it in the mid teens I reckon, and very few had anything which could be described as rare or endangered. The variety of the eggs was very interesting and, although I would not dream of being an egg collector sixty years on, I wish I still had my copy of the ‘Observers Book of Birds Eggs’.

If you ping me, I'll send you mine as it's not been used for years. Free post to you bud.

Exactly. Watched blind dates instead. 👎

    Goes for me too.

Sadly now reached the stage here, where, if I was the right age and had transferable skills I would be out of here asap.

I regretfully missed the opportunity once due to a family situation so now have to put up.

Personally fortunate but horrified for my kids and grand children.

Affordable housing - Perhaps you can ask T B Liar to release some of his property portfolio towards helping with this

Fund Social Care - Simple - return benefits to what it was - a safety net and not a lifestyle choice - don't think there is any chance of that under a Liebour government

Sustainability - I gather that you mean "green" and Climate Change - or rather what can we find to tax people more with so we can syphon it off into investment companies - and that will not change under Liebour

Resolve the EU issue - We did - but Civil Servants and MP's ***** that up royally - and Liebour will want to march us straight back in

Now don't get me wrong - Conservatives haven't got my vote - because as far as I am concerned Labour and Cons are a uniparty giving us a semblance of choice

Just be careful here bob, far too much common sense is not good for your mental health?

The problem being is how do we get the rats off the ship?

Triple lock is a joke. These benefits are out of hand and need to be capped and cut back to something more affordable. We cannot afford to pay these benefits without more tax. We already have the highest taxes ever something has to give.

The choice is simple. Cut benefits or generate more tax. Every time we increase benefits for pensioners we take money out of the pocket of workers.

Maybe lets just start with some common sense here? Stop giving it out to half of the world and his dog for some unfathomable reason and spend it where it's been generated?

Sadly those in charge seem to lack any common sense and are influenced from behind?

None of the current clowns are ever getting my vote again, whatever the end results are.

I fear that we are maybe too far down the road to ever be able to find those of enough courage and intelligence to sort out this race to the third world.

  13. Finally after a few blank visits.

Nothing for 2 hours then a crafty sneak out of long grass up to the feeder, a quick grab then down into the brash. Unfortunately for her a very white stomach gave her position away. The 410 xtra and AA field did the job, a through and through just above the shoulder joints at 30 yds.
