long netting peg to peg, it has a whole chapter on making and using dropnets complete with close up pics. 100yrd kit made for less than £35 the guy who wrote the book has nearly 30yrs experience in longnetting and has helped loads of people out on the forums to improve their netting. worth a read. link netting.

depends on what type of carpin you fancy? Just jacked (this summer) after a 5yr stint on the rivers of suffolk after the carp. been mad i can tell you with some very strange results. Im on the norfolk suffolk border and if you fancy a chat about some spots on the river (free not day ticket) let me know. always keen to help a fellow angler. The river carp might not be as big as the pit fish but they pull your string a lot harder lb for lb.

Im new to this pigeon shooting lark with shotguns, so new im yet to get my sgc. However a friend of mine, not sure of his member name tag but he will know this is aimed at him, lent me his gun whilst he sat next to me in the hide on sunday. I got a phone call asking if i would like a shot at a pigeon so of course i jumped at the chance. When i get there the hide was set up, the deeks were out and i was told they were coming in good style. To cut a long story short he was right, every frw mins a few would come in to the decoys and well, lets just say i did hit a few. Well what can i say really apart from a big thank you for putting on some good sport for me, the fastest 3 hours of my life as they just flew by. Thanks for the sport buddy, it will be a pleasure to bolt a few rabbits for you in the winter with the ferrets, many thanks once again.

sad day for all involved. regardless of the guns being lawfully held or not, firearms or shotguns its a lose lose situation for all presant and future gun ownership in this country in my opinion. it they were lawfully held were all damned and tarred with the same brush by non shooters fearing it happening again. if they were held outside the law then the same folk who will be tarring lawful gun owners will be shouting the loudest asking for total bans. Now we can only sit back and hope no kneejerk reaction is offered by those powers that be.

***** NOW SOLD *** Having a clear out and found this. This is a hand made knock down target made from heavy duty steel so it wont bend when hit. The larger of the two target areas is 40mm and the smaller one is 15mm. NO RESET STRINGS, just hit the other target area to reset. Like ive said, it is home made but it is made well and ive used it for the last 2years and just given it a re-paint ( the spike is now black also. Im looking for £10 plus postage (max of £4 due to weight) A couple of Members have been out with me shooting and can vouch im not into ripping off anyone anyone interested please let me know. Thanks

as used by the mod (not copies) compleat with 1pack of fuel tablets and a pan plate that fits on top. handy little stove for camping, hiking,fishing etc. Im in suffolk but willing to post.
