  1. Ok I have been rumbled, I even had ear plugs in as well. In my defence I was watching chard shoot so anything I saw was detrimental to my shooting, just goes to show cheating does not pay..............
  2. yes you did, will mark it sold now, completely forgot about this post sorry :yp:
  3. Yes I would be up for that My bank manager might not be though :o
  4. Good advice, I bought the same cabinet when I had one gun and no intentions of getting any more...... Up until last month it had 5 guns in it now just 4 lol. For someone who is new to the sport then brand new is a safety net. I bought band new at first as I did not have the experience to tell if a S/H was worn out. Now with experience I buy S/H and I have been offered some pups by some dealers which I probably would not have spotted when I first started. Having owned Beretta and Browning they do last well. My friend took option 3 and bought a New Lanber & I bought a new Browning Ultra XS. After a year he traded for a Beretta 682 gold e and wishes he had bought the 682 straight off (the Lanber was showing signs of wear). However I did not get on with the Browning either so after 2 years sold it for a DT10. Point being we both took different options but we both made the wrong choice for our needs hence the different advice you are getting off people. But I got back what I paid for the Browning and my friend only lost about £180 so not a catastrophic problem in the grand scheme of things. You will have no trouble selling a 30” second hand Browning, Beretta or Lanber Sporter if you do make a mistake.

    XBox Live

Mine son is 12 and is on xbox live he mainly plays fifa, COD, Read Dead Redemption on line. He only uses the microphone when he is in a private party chat so only his friends can talk to him whilst on line. The rest of the time he leaves his mike off, you will hear foul language and rants of other players but he just mutes anyone with the mike logo. All his mates from school are on and they all seem to self regulate and only converse with people they actually know and mute anyone who is ranting or swearing. Just educate him and make some ground rules first before agreeing to get it.
  6. The south only had 2 in the top ten last year anyway and we have 3 of the top 10 signed up already As far as 'top talent' put some make-up and a dress on chard and he will be good enough for what passes for 'a bit of top talent' down south :o
  7. I found I am not a fan of remote control racing car loudspeaker systems, definitely cost me a few clays lol. I did not shoot any stands badly but did not excel either. Shot the quieter back section of the course a lot better and started to get into my stride but damage of mediocrity had already set in. I got an A class score so cannot complain too much.
  8. Also as above but I am a member of Manchester CSC, cost £70 (10% loyalty added to your card and a discount on clays I think its £22 instead of £26).....I also shoot Manchester some wednesdays. Not true you shot a couple of rounds of skeet last time we shot a Wednesday at Manchester and I did detect the faint odour of stale wee last sunday when you drove
  9. I think its too far for them to travel I have just sent a pay pal payment A sticky with the current North team & South team entries side by side might be a good idea.
  10. I have a Beretta Optima Extended 1/2 – (Modified) Choke for sale. will take £25 collect or £25 + P&P I live on the Bolton Bury border.
  11. No probs glad I could help out was it much different to yours ? Now about payment for this 'borrow'
  12. Well my 682 shoots straight so it might take you a while Have you read the terms and conditions for this 'borrowing'...... Krieghoff's dont buy themselves you know Ps what front bead do you want on it as it has an easyhit on it from when I was letting a lad with a bit of an eye dominance problem shoot it and my son seems to prefer it, it just peels off so will stick a standard Beretta one on for you ?
  13. And got your hand stuck in the trap Really enjoyed today, decided to shoot it gun down like I used to, none of this Nancy gun up stuff I have been doing over the last few months it seemed to work and I was happy with my 83. Shooting with whiskymac and nick was fun as it was nice and close all the way round, I thought whiskymac had it in the bag after the first 50 birds as he had missed naff all
  14. Mine is my nickname from school. There were 5 craig's in my year so we all got our last names shortened.
  15. Yep was good to meet up I thought it was a really nice venue & will definitely venture up there again, if only for the home made soup . I shot terrible, I made a right mess of the first three stands with this silly notion the cheap fibre carts I had just bought were some how to blame. Once I got that out of my head I was putting 9 and 10 scores but the damage was well and truly done. Someone drew some nice frown faces on my zero's thought, which was nice as I hit the first pair missed the next three hit the last pair :o . I also missed the 'red bird' and winning 250 carts doh........ So nick might be right and I also missed Chard
  16. They have quite a good range of stands starting from the beginner/practice stands to the harder more advanced stuff. It is one of the better places to go to build your confidence up
  17. Nice one trouble is I have forgotten how to shoot the place
  18. Yep but you were moaning about having big blisters the other month so Wayne or Tray-ceee know didly..... you need adjustable shoes It does depend on your build, I need a monte carlo stock & the only gun that has ever fitted me with a standard stock was a Miroku mk38 tarp gun. So knowing this I just buy one with an adjustable comb, job done. Stetting them up with a pound coin on the action is all I do, cast and stock length remain unaltered. Setting an adjustable up is dead easy, place a pound coin on the end of the barrel near the action place your cheek bone on the comb and you should just see the bead above the pound coin (shut one eye though). If you have a mid bead then you should see a figure 8 with the two beads. If your eye is way to the left or right and your looking diagonal then just move the cast.
  19. Worsley is definitely worth joining if you plan to go there at least 12 times in the year. With the discount for members scheme you end up getting the price of membership back in savings after about then.
  20. I told you am not gay I just would help you out when youre busy. You have become none existent since you have become a sex pest. Ps COCK

    xbox live

just renewed my sons/mine as above I found Amazon were the cheapest for 12 months £30 or £35 inc 800 microsoft points
  22. The Gaylord village I thought you and chard lived in Sale but if that's what you want to call it so be it. I was going to come back with a witty comeback but will just say Kegworth '56' its straight to the point and efective.............. Oh and thanks for the Birthday wishes I have missed them xx
  23. same for me, had them for about 2 years now & no complaints at all, these were my first pair of moulded plugs and I would never use anything else now. Considering Antone comes to your house and does the moulds I thought it was a very good price.
