  4. I can't believe its up for discussion !! my 12 year old after watching the eurovission for the last two years predicted the voting pattern, the bookies had all the answers, mr norton made the results as humours as possible,I loved the Russian Grannies but fell a sleep in a mental melt down of boredom in the last half an hour,I was just surprised we never came last
  5. welcome along to pigeon watch
  6. not into the butt burners now ,every year we play rugby at Chipenham and we get half a dozen bottles of scrum sauce basically a medium spiced ketchup made by Trucklemeats as a fund raiser , hot and spicy and still on the scoville scale of comfort

    woodburner

I have been running a log burner and a solid fuel burner rayburn for 25 years, all wood burns as far as I am concerned and you need smaller stuff such as pallet to light it and get some quick heat,as long as the chimney draws you will be in business,I have never lined my log burner chimney and i live in a chalk built cottage and so thats what the chimney is lined of,it gets swept once a year, A flexable liner you can buy in kit form that you can drop down from the chimney and fit to a cowl on just need to get to the top of the roof. If you can get logs don't let any thing put you off get going you won't look back, yes its hard work getting the wood done, but then you are saving money
  8. I went to a celebration party in Saintes on Sunday night ,I believe there will be harsh changes ,not all will be liked but following on from a regime that offered every thing and acheived squat ,the only way is up,and the socialists were very generous with the Pineau des charentes
  9. First congratulations on the weight loss, you are moving in the right direction just take your time build up slowly ,you don't have to run long distances while you are building up,your body needs to get used to the stress of the pounding and have recovery time,if you get a strain rest it or get a physio on board your body will guard the injury resulting in a secondary injury, good running shoes are a must I still loose the odd toe nail, over 4 miles you start to get chaffing etc deal with it do not ignore it,especially if you get wet ,try some shorter runs with sprinting and jogging mixed, Most marathons and half marathons give you training programme that you can adjust to your needs, build up slowly, best advice take it slowly pace your self, you obviously have your diet under control ,enjoy you achievement train safley and you will succeed ,good luck
  10. Popham services on the a303 the little chef east bound was the role out project for the channel four project,Heston put his stamp on the menu ,the experimental dishes in the early stages were a billy bargin
  11. Have a happy St Georges day every one
  12. All sound advice ,but accidents happen,it comes down to the subject, shooting starts for the young in the classroom,my lad was shown the effects on day one as the young start on different bores, shown the effects on a blown gun and explained the problem,it should be drummed in from the start of shooting
  13. Look at the history of most breeds they are all cross breads and done that way for size, agility, ability etc the new injection of hybrid dogs was done for reasons at the start to maybe improve coats with a working dog or eliminate long running health issues and so on,but as we can see the dog breeders are putting a spin on breading novelty dogs to make money, you pays your money you takes your chance
