  1. Not keen on posting I'm afraid, there's too much that can go wrong.
  2. BSA Ultra MMC multishot with 10 pellet magazine. I haven't used it for a while, but tried it today and it all works. It has some wear to the finish, but I guess it's over 10 years old now. Just the gun with magazine and moderator. There is no scope or pump. Located near Bodmin, Cornwall, F2F only please £250
  3. No Brown Willy for me yet, but I have experienced Nine Maidens
  4. Yes, I have discovered several new words since being here, and wondered what 'dreckly' meant- I think I am starting to learn. I thought Norfolks took their time...... I am near Bodmin, by the way.
  5. I have moved from Norfolk to Cornwall so need to change the address on my ticket (shotgun) and have notified Norfolk Police, and Devon/Cornwall Police. When moving I transferred my guns and cabinet to a friend while we got the new house ready, and at that time informed the two police forces of my change of address. This is all about 4 weeks ago. Norfolk Police were prompt and helpful, and have notified Cornwall even though I had already done this. Cornwall responded to my original email to say that someone would ring me to check my security arrangements (even though I hadn't given them a phone number...) but nothing since, and they have not responded to repeat emails. So my question is.... Can I have my guns back from my friend and keep them here in Cornwall even though I have a Norfolk licence? I probably could have saved all this typing and just asked that, but it's done now. Any ideas?
  6. I utterly agree and hope that if it is a 'yes' vote then all will go well for you and that you prove the 'no' camp to be wrong. I do think, however, to suggest in an earlier post that the English have suffered less than anyone else in previous conflicts is hugely hurtful, ignorant and plainly wrong. Make this about the love of your country, not the hate of mine.
  7. You are kidding with your last point, right? You are saying the English have nothing to get het up about? Yet you continue to wonder why some posts are derogatory?
  8. Blimey, I don't know, I have got a couple of people interested. See what the CO says and pm me tomorrow?
  9. Really? I thought it looked quite nice on there.
  10. Good Lord, don't they understand the need for these things? Anyone would think they don't like ornaments.
  11. Why thankyou Willpoon, I think it may have been a similar look to the one my wife gave me................
  12. This is my gun. I bought it in the late 90's as a pretty impressive front room ornament. It certainly was a talking point with visitors. A few years ago I got married, and it would seem that my machine gun 'doesn't go with the furniture' so sadly here it is for sale. The gun itself is marked 'ROMA 1941' and the tripod has a brass makers plate with the date 1938. It is a tray fed gun, and there is an original case of 12 trays with it, but I think it displays better with the belt, so that is included too. It is very large and heavy. The tripod is on it's lowest setting, and the longest measurements are, approx. 1500mm long, 550mm wide and 550mm tall. It is in pretty good nick bearing in mind it's age and that it has literally been through the wars. Well, the second world war anyway. As stated in the ad, it is not all welded up, it cocks, dry fires, adjusts, strips etc. sadly it doesn't fire bullets anymore, and I have the deactivation certificate to prove it. I can't find another one for sale, so it has to be a bargain. Also of course I would be secretly happy to keep it. Questions welcomed. Within reason, obviously. There are some pretty weird people about. Not to mention the sort of person who keeps a heavy machine gun in the front room.
